1. Feral Hogs, coyotes, coyote/dog crosses, red foxes, bobcats, and exotic animals may be taken from an aircraft under an Aerial Wildlife Management (AWM) permit issued by TPWD. All other native wildlife species, including mountain lions, are prohibited from take by aircraft.
2. I understand that this drone service is only to locate or photograph any and all wildlife. It is understood that it may be or is unlawful to use a drone to CAPTURE, COUNT, or TAKE certain wildlife. I agree that all hunting equipment including but not limited to bows and/or firearms will be safely stored while this service is being performed.
3. I hereby certify that I am the property owner or a lawful agent of this property.
4. I hereby authorize Total Aerial Imaging Inc to capture videos and/or photos of the property and/or wildlife on the property.
